Teaching

I was a professor in the Counselor Education program at Longwood University in Farmville, Va. from 2012-2020 and previously was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Virginia for 14 years, at both the Curry School of Education and the College of Arts and Sciences (Department of Psychology). Since 1999, I have taught a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, in both substance abuse/ addiction and counseling in general.
